As salon policy, you are given a 10min grace period. At 10mins, your wax appointment will be automatically cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee. The salon also requires a 24hr notice to cancel all wax appointments. Example: your appointment is at 2pm, you must cancel before 2pm. Failure to notify will also result in a cancellation fee.
